Fully bespoke custom made cabinets with counter top basin, inbuilt cistern and fish tank. Walls were fully rebuilt, loft insulated, high BTU vertical radiator, free standing bath, space saving sliding door.

Fully fitted tongue and groove ceiling with fire retardant paint, LED lighting fitted with smart bulbs that can be app controlled to dim and change colour.

High standard toilet and basin installed, bespoke hand built cabinets with storage, high quality aqualoc flooring and sealed floor insulation fitted.

Kitchen before
Very outdated, tiles cracked damp coming through the back wall, floor was also over an inch lower at the rear

All units and tiles were removed, walls treated, new ceiling and lights installed
Kitchen during
Rear floor was removed, sub-base and new DPM installed before concreting, original unit were reused and rear wall rebuilt, new worktops and sink installed alongside cooker and appliences.
Kitchen after
Fully fitted, new doors and draw fronts installed, lower units on right were cut back to allow more space, custom wall shelving and custom extraction ducting installed to give an industrial look, space for breakfast bar and fully tiled.
